We are a small, growing group of believers in Christ Jesus who love the Lord, love His Word, & love His people. We are committed to serving Him and His people in love.

Many exciting changes are happening in our little town to improve its streets and infrastructure for future planned growth. We, too, want to reflect our future plans for growth in our Lord Jesus Christ. We are pioneering a new work with a new name and are moving forward with renewed determination to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ and disciple His people in biblical truth.

It is no longer enough to fill in “the potholes” in our day. We must work by building anew, from the ground up, just as we see happening every day in our little town. The lives of our children and grandchildren depend on it. Yes, the lives of many – including our gospel “enemies” – depend on it! Mt 5:43-48 Unless we are willing to share the gospel with them, how shall they come to a saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ? Rom 10:14

So we plan on spreading the gospel seed of Christ in our area, through personal visits and gospel tract distribution, in order that we might do our part to sow “seed” for the harvest of our Lord Jesus Christ when He returns from heaven in glory. Rev 14:15

Foremost in our minds is that He commanded and challenged His church to make disciples & teach them to obey His Word. Mt 28:18-20 Thus, we are called to build ourselves up together in our most holy faith. Jude 1:20 One simply cannot do that alone or apart from membership in a local Bible-teaching church. We grow together, not in isolation.

Our leadership & church members hold to The 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith. We welcome all who are searching after God to join us in worshiping our great God and Savior.

In a typical worship service, you’ll find us joyfully & gratefully worshiping our Lord as regulated by principles outlined in the Scriptures. We love the hymns for their rich theology and heritage in the church and we also use the New King James Version Bible in our public readings & preaching. If you are unfamiliar with any of these things, that’s okay. Come and learn with us as well. We’re a local assembly that welcomes visitors! Learning to fellowship together is as important as learning to worship together.

We continue to pray that the Lord may send us those with a “pioneering” spirit – humble, holy, hard-working servants of Christ who value the doctrines of God’s sovereign grace and want to build their lives on the truth according to God’s Word. We’re also praying for those who are challenged by life’s circumstances and diligently seeking answers from God. Heb 11:6 We have good news for you! (Rom 1:16) “Come and see!” (Jn 1:39, 46)
